11. Health and Safety Disclaimer
You acknowledge that participation in physical activities offered through the Services is undertaken at your own risk. You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition and limitations.
If you have been advised by a medical professional not to participate in physical activity, you should not engage in our classes, whether live or on demand.
You are responsible for ensuring that your exercise environment is safe, including having a flat, clear, and appropriate space.
Medical advice should be sought if you have any doubts regarding participation. Chapter of Being is not responsible for injuries or damages arising from use of the Services, except where caused by our negligence.
Yoga is generally not advised between weeks 4 to 14 of pregnancy unless under special arrangement with a qualified instructor. It is also recommended to wait six weeks after childbirth before resuming exercise. Services are not tailored for pre- or post-natal activity unless explicitly stated.
12. Social Networking
You may have the option to share content related to the Services on social networking platforms. You do so at your own discretion and are responsible for complying with the terms of those platforms.
Chapter of Being may re-share content you publicly post in connection with the Services.
13. Warranty Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own information.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chapter of Being shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.
