I've been where you are.
I know what it feels like to push through pain and exhaustion until your body forces you to stop. After years of handball injuries, I found yoga — and what started as physical recovery became a deep journey into nervous system health, breathwork, and the body-mind connection.
Today I help people who are stressed, burnt out, or chronically exhausted to slow down, reconnect with their body, and build daily habits that actually restore their energy. My approach is holistic and practical — combining coaching, yoga, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic wisdom so you get support that fits your real life.
